1. Introduction

Welcome to PawsVIP Inc, a DBA of 1001 Partners LLC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and communication channels. By using PawsVIP's services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

PawsVIP offers pet boarding, daycare, grooming, transportation, and related pet care services (collectively, the "Services"). All services are subject to availability and compliance with our policies.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the service.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a refund or credit.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

4. Pet Health and Safety

Vaccination Requirements

  • All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations must be provided before services are rendered.

Medical Emergencies

  • If a pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately.
  • If we cannot reach the owner, we may seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

Behavioral Issues

  • Pets must not display aggressive or disruptive behavior.
  • PawsVIP may refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk.

5. Liability and Waiver

  • PawsVIP is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or loss of life due to natural causes, pre-existing conditions, or unforeseen incidents.
  • Owners accept full responsibility for their pet's actions, including damages or harm to property, staff, or other animals.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left with pets.

6. Pet Abandonment Policy

If a pet is not picked up within 14 days of the scheduled departure date and the owner cannot be reached, PawsVIP reserves the right to surrender the pet to a local animal shelter or rescue at the owner's expense. Additional daily boarding fees may apply until the pet is rehomed.

7. Messaging Consent & Opt-Out

By opting in (via website, text, or verbal consent), you agree to receive messages related to our services and reminders. You can opt out at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any SMS message.

  • Updating your preferences in your online account (if applicable).

8. Changes to These Terms

PawsVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
